No. Players open the link, add their name, and toggle ready. Signing in is optional and only unlocks things like saved stats on a PaddleBag profile.
Smart Stack seats the players who've played the fewest games first, then whoever has been waiting longest. Over a session everyone lands within a game of each other — nobody triple-dips while someone else watches.
