Claim your pickleball court on PaddleBag, get the Verified partner seal, and take online bookings with your own calendar. Players pay you directly via GCash. Small per-booking fee, no monthly subscription.
Messenger bookings don't scale
If you run a court, you know the routine: a dozen chats asking "available po ba 6pm?", screenshots of GCash receipts buried in threads, and double bookings when two staff answer at once.
PaddleBag gives your court a simple booking calendar on the court page players already use to find you, so you can focus on the venue.
Step 1: Claim your court
Open your court's page on PaddleBag and tap Claim this court. Send:
- A photo of the venue
- Your venue's Facebook page or contact number
- A business permit is optional. If you're a manager rather than the owner, add a lease or ID.
Our team checks the proofs. Once approved, your court gets the Verified partner seal on the court page and in the court list. Your court isn't listed yet? Send it through our Contact page and we'll add it.
Step 2: Set up your booking calendar
In your Partner console (/partner), go to Settings and set:
- Weekly hours for each day
- Courts: name each one, and switch any court off when it's under repair
- Price per hour, with an optional peak price
- Your GCash details so players can pay you
- Hold window: how long a request holds the slot while you confirm (default 2 hours)
- Cancel cutoff: how close to start time players can still cancel a confirmed booking (default 12 hours)
- Labeled blocks like "Open Play" or "Clinic" for hours you don't want booked
- Staff, who can confirm requests for you
