Free means free
Courts pay a small per-booking fee. Coaches don't. No booking fee, no subscription, no cut of your rate. You keep 100% of what students pay you.
Why? We want more players learning the game the right way, and good coaches make that happen.
How it works for coaches
- Get your coach profile. Set up your coach page on PaddleBag with your experience, rate and the courts you teach at.
- Turn on online booking. In My coaching (your Partner console), set your weekly hours, hourly rate, hold window, cancel cutoff and GCash details. Block hours with labels like "Clinic" or "Private".
- Students book. They tap open hours on your coach page. They can book with a free account or as a guest with name, mobile and email.
- You approve. The student then sees your payment details and pays you directly.
- Confirm payment. Once the money arrives, confirm it. Done.
Requests you don't answer within your hold window expire and the slot opens again.
PaddleBag Booking Policy
This policy applies to every court and coach booking on PaddleBag.
1. Payments
- Players pay the court or coach directly (GCash or the method they list).
- PaddleBag never holds player money and is not a party to the payment.
- Payment details are shown only after the slot is approved, so players never pay for a slot that isn't theirs.
- PaddleBag charges players no booking fee.
2. Requests and holds
- A request is Pending and holds the slot while the court or coach reviews it.
- If it isn't answered within the hold window (default 2 hours, set by each court or coach), it expires and the slot frees up. Nothing is charged.
- After approval, the player pays. The court or coach taps Confirm payment only after the money arrives. The booking is then Confirmed.
3. Booking limits
- Up to 14 days ahead
- Whole hours only, within posted hours
- Up to 3 hour slots per request and 3 pending requests per player at a time
