Delete your PaddleBag account

You can ask us to delete your PaddleBag account and its data at any time. This applies to the PaddleBag website and the PaddleBag Android app.

How to request deletion

Email hello@paddlebag.app from the email address you signed up with, subject “PaddleBag account deletion request”.
Include your PaddleBag username so we can find your account.
We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, login, and email address
Profile details: username, display name, city, avatar, cover photos, passport
Your paddle bag, reviews, posts, comments, and uploaded photos
Messages, friend connections, club memberships, and open play history
Push notification subscriptions and wishlists

What we keep

Records of store purchases and referral payouts, kept up to 1 year for accounting and dispute handling
Anonymous, aggregated usage counts (for example, daily page views) that cannot identify you

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete your own posts, reviews, and photos inside the app, edit or clear profile details in settings, or hide yourself from the player directory. To remove other specific data, email us with what you want deleted.
